HEADS UP! Community Meeting on Proposed Affordable Housing Development
Tuesday, August 18 | 6:30–8:30 p.m.
Community members are invited to attend an in-person public meeting to learn about and discuss a proposed 100% affordable housing development planned for 3501–3513 Portola Drive. The meeting will provide an opportunity to ask questions, offer comments, and provide feedback to the project team.

Proposed Project
The proposal would demolish the existing commercial buildings on the approximately 1.83-acre site and construct a four-story, mixed-use development consisting of:
- Approximately 170 residential apartments, including 168 affordable units and 2 manager units
- Approximately 750 square feet of ground-floor commercial space
- Approximately 3,000 square feet of residential amenity space
The property is located within the RF-Min Zone in the Portola Drive subarea of Pleasure Point.
